Return Terms

You must return the product(s) to us at your own expense to:

without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 (fourteen) days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw. This period is deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the 14 (fourteen) day period expires.

You shall only be liable for any depreciation of the product(s) resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product(s).

The essential characteristics of the items are presented on www.andylucy.com in each product page.

The Customer is fully informed that the images, photos and colors of the items for sale may not correspond to the actual colors due to the internet browser of the screen used.

If the Customer is not satisfied, they have 14 (fourteen) days from the date of shipment to return the item and obtain a refund of the amounts already paid. This period includes the statutory 7-day right of withdrawal period provided for in Articles L121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

The item must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by a return form, to the address indicated on this return form.

In the absence of a return form, Andy & Lucy will not be able to issue a refund for the returned items.

Returned items that are incomplete, worn, damaged, worn or soiled will not be accepted.

The returned item will be refunded to the customer within a maximum of thirty days from its receipt by Andy & Lucy. It is the customer's responsibility to keep all proof of return, namely return by registered parcel or by any other means providing certain proof of dispatch.

The refund will be made by crediting the amount to be refunded to the customer's bank account debited during the transaction.

In the event of an exchange, store credit or refund, return the new item(s) in its (their) original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, user manuals and the Return/Exchange form by tracked mail to the following address:

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Andy & Lucy is required to refund the amounts paid by the customer, with the exception of shipping costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 30 days. Return costs as well as the risks associated with the return of the product are in all cases borne by the customer.

For countries outside the EEC, please specify to customs services that it is a return for non-conformity. Returned items that are incomplete, worn, damaged, deteriorated or soiled due to the customer will not be refunded.

However, Andy & Lucy will not re-invoice shipping costs in the event of an exchange.
